Delaney Madsen

Delaney joined Red Oak Financial Group as Personal Assistant to Managing Partner Chris Compton. In her role, she supports Chris with the organization and coordination of his professional and personal responsibilities, helping ensure that schedules, communications, and day-to-day details are handled efficiently and thoughtfully. She takes pride in being dependable, organized, and attentive to detail, while helping provide a seamless experience for both colleagues and clients.

Delaney earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Salisbury University, where she was also a collegiate volleyball player. Her background in administration and team leadership has helped her develop strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to adapt and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

She was drawn to Red Oak because of its strong emphasis on personal relationships, teamwork, and genuine care for its clients. Red Oak’s commitment to treating clients like family and providing personalized service closely aligns with her own approach to building relationships and supporting others.

Outside of work, Delaney enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, staying active, and exploring new places.
