About Max
My interest in financial planning was shaped early on while growing up during the 2008 housing market crash. During that time, my father instilled in me a principle that continues to guide my work today: money can’t buy happiness, but it can help make it easier to find. Since then, I’ve believed strongly in the importance of balancing sound financial decision-making with the freedom to prioritize what matters most.
I later began my working career in my hometown of Ellicott City where I developed relationships and got involved in the local community while eventually completing my undergraduate degree in Business Management from University of Maryland, College Park. I eventually transitioned to the Financial Services industry as I approached graduation, eventually obtaining my CFP® certification. I take a thoughtful, planning-first approach to advising, helping clients make informed decisions across their full financial picture.
I currently now live in Arbutus with my Golden Retriever, Stella. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time at the beach during the summer, logging miles on my Peloton, and being with friends and family.
